William Ho

William Ho was a co-founder of East West Gourmet, an acclaimed food stall in Chatswood that specializes in authentic Malaysian and Singaporean cuisine. Immigrating from Hong Kong in 1991, he brought his culinary expertise to the restaurant, which he established in 2000 with his wife Helen Hung. His legacy continues to influence the family-run business even after his passing.
