Wilmer Geovanny Chavarria

Wilmer Geovanny Chavarria, known as 'Pipo' Chavarria, is the notorious leader of the Los Lobos cartel, one of the largest drug trafficking organizations in Ecuador. Recently captured in Spain, he has been linked to numerous violent crimes, including orchestrating the assassination of political figures and managing illegal mining operations. Chavarria had previously faked his own death to evade law enforcement while continuing to direct criminal activities from abroad.
