Winsbert Harry

Winsbert Harry is the president of the National Fishermen's Organization in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. He has recently been in the news expressing grave concerns for the safety of fishermen in the Eastern Caribbean following a series of attacks by the United States that resulted in fatalities among individuals aboard vessels suspected of drug trafficking.
