Wolfgang Schroeter

Wolfgang Schroeter is the co-founder of Napoleon, a prominent Canadian manufacturer of barbecues and heating appliances. He immigrated to Canada in 1969 and, alongside his wife Ingrid, started the company in the 1970s, which has grown to become a significant player in the global market. Known for his innovative designs, Wolfgang remains involved in research and development even after stepping back from day-to-day operations.
