Xiao Gao is a former employee at a company in Nanjing who gained notoriety for sending a group email to nearly 20 former colleagues, in which he made derogatory remarks about a co-worker, Xiao Zou, and disclosed private conversations. His actions led to a court ruling that mandated him to apologize and compensate Xiao Zou for emotional distress and violation of reputation.
