Luo is a Chinese tourist who, during her visit to the historic city of Thanh Nham in Guizhou province, found herself in a medical emergency and was carried by Phạm Trung Hiếu, a Vietnamese travel director, for 3 kilometers to seek urgent help. She expressed her gratitude for the kindness and bravery of Hiếu and his friends, highlighting the significance of compassion and cross-cultural friendship.
