Xu Yuan

Xu Yuan is the Party Branch Secretary and Community Committee Director of the Bihai Community in the Jinyang Subdistrict, Guiyang, Guizhou. She has been instrumental in implementing measures to alleviate the reporting burdens on community workers, allowing them to focus more on direct service to residents. Under her leadership, the community has adopted a simplified reporting system that enhances efficiency and enables social workers to engage more meaningfully with the elderly and other community members.
