Yakov Mul

Yakov Mul was the last recipient of the Order of Lenin, a prestigious Soviet award given for outstanding achievements, which was bestowed upon him in December 1991, just before the dissolution of the Soviet Union. He was recognized for his contributions as the director of the Maslyaninsky Brick Plant in Novosibirsk Oblast. The award was signed by Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev, marking a significant moment in the history of Soviet honors.
