Ye Jinglin

Ye Jinglin is a resident of the Xihai No. 1 community in Lushan, Jiangxi Province, who recently celebrated the receipt of his long-awaited property ownership certificate after years of delays caused by the developer's financial issues. He was among over 200 homeowners who faced significant uncertainty and frustration due to the project's stalling since 2016, but recent efforts by local authorities to resolve the situation have brought hope for the completion of their homes.
