Yelsa Rojas is a resident of the Los Cocos housing complex in La Guaira, Venezuela, who tragically lost her apartment during recent earthquakes. She was fortunate to survive as she was away at a medical appointment when the quakes struck, but she expressed deep concern for her neighbors, fearing that many are dead.
