Yevhen Ostriansky

Yevhen Ostriansky is a Ukrainian general-major and military officer with over thirty years of experience in the armed forces. Recently appointed as the first deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, he previously served as the deputy chief of the General Staff and is recognized for his expertise in strategic planning and defense management.
