Yomary De Sousa

Yomary De Sousa is a Dominican surgical physician originally from Venezuela, who was in the country for her medical postgraduate studies when the recent devastating earthquakes struck. She described her experience as terrifying, as she had to immediately assist at a Caracas hospital following the disaster, which she characterized as an unprecedented tragedy for Venezuela.
