Yorman David León

Yorman David León was a 28-year-old political prisoner in Venezuela who died shortly after being released from the notorious Tocorón prison. He had been detained under the regime of Nicolás Maduro, facing accusations of terrorism and treason without substantial evidence against him. His imprisonment was marked by inhumane conditions, including isolation, lack of basic necessities, and severe health deterioration. After being released due to the gravity of his health, he succumbed to complications from his treatment and the physical abuse he endured during his incarceration.
