
Yuliya Pashina
Yuliya Pashina is a Russian sculptor born in 1989 in Kulebaki, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. She graduated from the Abramtsevo Artistic and Industrial College in 2011, specializing in ceramics, and later studied sculpture at the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture in Moscow, where she currently resides. Pashina gained recognition for her architectural and artistic project for a monument to Marshal Konstantin Rokossovsky, which won a public vote and is set to be installed in Gomel, Belarus, commemorating the 82nd anniversary of the city's liberation from German occupation. Her design captures Rokossovsky in his parade uniform on a rearing horse, symbolizing military triumph and leadership during World War II.
