Yuliya Pavlyuk is the head of the Central Regional Center of the Coordination Center for Issues of Prisoners of War in Belarus, recently in the news for announcing the release of 31 Ukrainian citizens who were granted amnesty by President Alexander Lukashenko as a gesture of goodwill.
