Yurii Lubkovych

Yurii Lubkovych was the State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, who lost his life in the helicopter crash in Brovary in January 2023. The crash resulted in significant casualties and led to an investigation into aviation safety regulations.
