Yusuf Karlı
Dr. Yusuf Karlı is a physicist originally from Adıyaman, Turkey, who completed his undergraduate and graduate education at İzmir Institute of Technology. Since 2020, he has been pursuing his PhD at the University of Innsbruck in Austria. Recently, he joined the Cambridge Cavendish Laboratory under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Mete Atatüre, where he focuses on developing quantum networks. Karlı has been appointed as an Academic Research Fellow at Emmanuel College, Cambridge, for five years, where he will also teach physics students and participate in admissions interviews. His doctoral thesis was awarded the best thesis prize by IQOQI in 2024.
