Yvonne Au is a Malaysian Australian retiree who recently visited Country Cob bakery in Springvale to sample their award-winning prawn pie. Although she had her reservations about the authenticity of its Malaysian flavor, she found it enjoyable and appreciated the culinary creativity behind the pie.
