Zachariah Meads is the head pastry/sous chef at Onslow, set to lead the kitchen at the upcoming restaurant Lottie’s, a collaboration between Josh and Helen Emett and the founders of Faradays. With four years of experience in the Emett Group, Zachariah has proven himself as a dedicated leader and hard worker, making him a key figure in the development of this new venture, which aims to elevate the dining scene in Auckland’s CBD.
