Zhang Dongfang

Zhang Dongfang is the Director of the Water and Drought Disaster Rescue Division at the Tianjin Emergency Management Bureau. He has been instrumental in assessing geological disaster risks in northern Tianjin, in response to directives aimed at improving emergency preparedness for potential disasters.
