Zhang Zheng
Zhang Zheng, born in April 1966, is a prominent Chinese media figure and politician. He holds a doctorate in literature and has had a successful career as a television host, known for presenting major programs such as 'News Simulcast' and 'Economic Half-Hour' on CCTV. He has also hosted various large cultural events, including the CCTV Spring Festival Gala. Zhang has served in several important roles, including as the editor-in-chief of 'Guangming Daily' and as a member of the Hebei Provincial Standing Committee. Recently, he was appointed as the Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
