Zheng Ruhong

Zheng Ruhong is a traditional performer and inheritor of 地戏 (Dixi), a form of folk theater originating from the Ming Dynasty known for its martial arts elements and vibrant mask usage. Residing in 天龙村 (Tianlong Village) in Guizhou, he plays a key role in showcasing and preserving the unique cultural heritage of the屯堡 (Tunbao) community through performances that blend history with local customs.
