Zou Bihua

Zou Bihua was the former vice president of the Shanghai High People's Court, known for his dedication to judicial reform and the rule of law. Tragically, he passed away from a heart attack at the age of 47 while advocating for reforms, leaving behind a legacy of commitment to justice.
