Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri

Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri is a Saudi national and alleged mastermind behind the USS Cole bombing in 2000. Like Hawsawi, he was captured by the CIA and subjected to torture in secret facilities before being transferred to Guantánamo Bay.
