Adrián Rafael Gámez Finol
Adrián Rafael Gámez Finol, also known as Rafael Enrique Gámez Finol or by the alias 'El Turco', is a 38-year-old individual with dual Venezuelan and Colombian nationality. He was arrested in the United States in January and is considered by Chilean authorities to be the mastermind behind the assassination of Venezuelan ex-military and opposition figure Ronald Ojeda in Santiago, Chile.
