Andresa Morales

Chef Andresa Morales is a passionate advocate for Honduran cuisine, deeply rooted in her culinary traditions and inspired by the women in her family. She has transformed her childhood love for cooking into a professional career, starting with her bakery project, Café Baguette, and now leading her ambitious restaurant, Pétrea. Through her culinary creations, she aims to celebrate and promote Honduran identity and culture, using local ingredients to tell the stories of her heritage. Morales is set to participate in the Expo Buen Provecho 2025, where she will conduct masterclasses on traditional Honduran dishes, furthering her mission to share and elevate the culinary richness of Honduras.
