Ángel Rodríguez
Ángel Rodríguez is a prominent student leader and the Secretary General of the Federation of University Centers (FCU) at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV). He has been actively advocating for the respect of the current Constitution, which was established in 1999 under then-President Hugo Chávez. Rodríguez has voiced concerns regarding the autonomy of universities and the presence of state security forces within academic institutions, urging fellow students to engage in discussions to defend constitutional rights against proposed reforms by the Maduro administration.
