Anousheh Ansari

Anousheh Ansari is an Iranian-American engineer, entrepreneur, and space explorer, known for being the first female private space explorer and the first Iranian in space. In 2006, she flew to the International Space Station as a spaceflight participant, marking a significant achievement in the field of private space travel. Ansari is also a co-founder of the Ansari X Prize, which incentivizes innovation in space travel.
