António Guilherme is a traditional cheese producer from Porto Novo, Santo Antão, Cape Verde. He has dedicated his life to the artisanal craft of making fresh cheese, a skill he learned from his parents. Despite facing challenges such as limited pasture and transportation difficulties, he continues to produce cheese daily, contributing to the preservation of local cheese-making traditions.
