João Andrade

João Andrade is the technical manager and co-founder of Cutelo Capado, a cheese cooperative established in 2015 on the island of Fogo, Cape Verde. The cooperative focuses on producing both fresh and cured cheeses, though it currently struggles with limited milk supply due to adverse agricultural conditions. João is actively working towards achieving certification for export, aiming to enhance the economic viability of local cheese production.
