Argyn Nigmatulin
Argyn Nigmatulin, born on June 28, 1955, is known as the elder brother of former Majilis Chairman Nurlan Nigmatulin and ex-deputy Yerlan Nigmatulin. He served as the director of the hockey club 'Saryarka' from April 2007 to 2018 and was a deputy in the Karaganda regional maslikhat.
