Arkadiy Volozh

Arkadiy Volozh is a prominent entrepreneur and tech executive, best known as the co-founder of Yandex, one of Russia's leading technology companies. After facing sanctions from the European Union due to the conflict in Ukraine, Volozh stepped down from his role at Yandex and relocated to the Netherlands, where he reestablished himself as the CEO of Nebius Group, formerly Yandex NV. Under his leadership, Nebius is venturing into innovative areas such as autonomous delivery robots, recently launching a fleet of courier robots in Tokyo in partnership with Uber and Rakuten. Volozh has been vocal about his opposition to the war in Ukraine and has positioned his new company as independent from Russian influences.
