Asheesh Dewan is a prominent Indian chef and restaurateur based in Dublin, Ireland. He opened his first Jaipur restaurant on George's Street in 1999, which played a significant role in introducing modern Indian cuisine to the Irish culinary scene. Over the years, he expanded his restaurant portfolio to include locations in Dalkey, Malahide, and Greystones, offering a reimagined take on traditional Indian dishes by incorporating seasonal Irish produce and global cooking techniques.
