Augustin Ngumbi

Augustin Ngumbi is a representative of the DRC government to the international wildlife protection agency CITES. He faced allegations from conservationist Kim Rebholz regarding environmental violations in the Mangrove Marine Park. Ngumbi dismissed these allegations as fabrications and has been criticized for his role in wildlife trafficking and corruption, resulting in sanctions from the US government.
