Cosma Wilungula

Cosma Wilungula is the former director general of the Congolese Institute for Nature Conservation (ICCN). He has been implicated in controversies surrounding the management of the Mangrove Marine Park, particularly in relation to allegations of corruption and mismanagement tied to illegal activities within the park. Following accusations from conservationist Kim Rebholz, Wilungula denied any wrongdoing.
