Barry George

Barry George, 65, was previously convicted of the murder of Jill Dando in 2001, but his conviction was quashed in 2007, and he was acquitted at a retrial. He recently settled defamation proceedings against the Times newspaper, which published an article suggesting he would struggle to prove his innocence despite his acquittal.
