Benjamin Fuchs

Benjamin Fuchs, 28, is one of the few male students at his pastry master school, having previously trained as a cook. He chose to switch careers to embrace the creative freedom of being a pastry chef, where he enjoys making decisions and experimenting with recipes. His current project involves creating a visually appealing Baumkuchen for a cake gala, demonstrating his commitment to both aesthetics and technique in his baking endeavors.
