Sandra Haberer, 22, is an ambitious pastry chef who initially hesitated to pursue a career in confectionery due to concerns about pay and demanding hours. However, she found joy in her work and is currently training to become a master pastry chef. Sandra enjoys the daily challenges of her profession and believes that baking requires patience and precision. Although she excels in many recipes, she admits to still mastering macarons.
