Berkay Gezgin

Berkay Gezgin is a 21-year-old student and activist who emerged as a prominent supporter of Istanbul's mayor, Ekrem İmamoğlu. He became known for coining the slogan "Everything will be fine" during İmamoğlu's campaign in 2019. In recent events, Gezgin was arrested amid a significant crackdown by Turkish authorities on anti-government protests, becoming a symbol of youth resistance against President Erdoğan's administration.
