Brian Nieves is a senior Justice Department official appointed by President Donald Trump to the position of acting deputy librarian of Congress, in addition to his responsibilities as chief of staff for Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. He recently made headlines after being denied entry to the Library of Congress alongside Paul Perkins, following their appointments.
