Carlos Albisu
Carlos Albisu is a former president of the Comisión Técnico Mixta de Salto Grande, known for his involvement in a controversy surrounding political favoritism and questionable hiring practices. After resigning in September 2023 amid allegations of clientelism, he has emerged as the candidate for mayor of Salto representing the National Party within the Republican Coalition.
