Charlie Rowley

Charlie Rowley is the partner of Dawn Sturgess, who tragically died in July 2018 after being poisoned by Novichok, a nerve agent. Rowley unknowingly handled the deadly substance, which he found in a charity bin, leading to the incident that also involved the attempted assassination of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter. Following the recent inquiry, it was concluded that Russian President Vladimir Putin bore moral responsibility for Sturgess's death.
