Christopher Moynihan

Christopher Moynihan was involved in the storming of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, where he was among the first to breach police barricades. He was captured on camera inside the Senate chamber and subsequently sentenced to 21 months in prison. In January 2025, he was pardoned along with 1,500 others. However, he recently made headlines again when he was indicted for making credible death threats against Hakeem Jeffries, the House Democratic leader, indicating a troubling pattern of behavior following his release.
