Dave Snowden
Colonel Dave Snowden is the commanding officer of the USS Harry S. Truman, a Nimitz-class aircraft carrier in the United States Navy. He has recently been in the news for overseeing the emergency docking of the USS Harry S. Truman at Souda Bay, Greece, to conduct repairs following a collision with a merchant vessel in the Mediterranean Sea.
