David Gadis

David Gadis is the chief executive of DC Water, the utility responsible for water and sewage services in the District of Columbia. He has been in the news recently due to his role in managing the response to a massive sewage spill in the Potomac River, which was caused by the collapse of a major sewage pipeline. Gadis estimated that the repair and remediation efforts required to address the spill would cost around $20 million.
