Dmytro Koval is a prominent Ukrainian legal scholar and war crimes investigator, serving as the co-executive director of Truth Hounds, an organization dedicated to documenting human rights violations in Ukraine and the surrounding regions since 2014. With a background in law and academia as a professor at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Koval has extensively researched the war crimes committed during Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
