Duilio Lin

Duilio Lin is a prominent figure in the São Paulo culinary landscape, known for his role in founding the Mapu restaurant. He has been instrumental in guiding chefs Caio Yokota and Victor Valadão, helping them transition from a food truck to a permanent establishment. His influence extends to the creation of Aiô, where he collaborates with Yokota and Valadão to explore and elevate Taiwanese cuisine. Recently, his contribution to the gastronomic community was recognized as they collectively received the Chefs Revelação award at the Prêmio Paladar 2025.
