Edgar Marval

Edgar Marval is a Venezuelan individual who gained international attention for his claims of being tortured by the Venezuelan military intelligence agency. Recently, he was part of a group of ten Americans who returned to the U.S. from Venezuela, where he reportedly arrived on a stretcher due to the severe physical and psychological trauma he suffered. Marval, along with other victims, filed a lawsuit in Florida against Venezuelan officials alleging torture, which resulted in a federal judge ordering significant compensation for the claimants, excluding notable figures such as Delcy Rodríguez.
