Edwin Bollier

Edwin Bollier, a Swiss businessman and co-founder of the electronics company Mebo Ltd., has been a central figure in the investigations surrounding the Lockerbie bombing since the tragedy occurred in 1988. As the supplier of the timer used in the bomb, Bollier has maintained that he is not responsible for the attack and has consistently claimed that evidence against Libya was fabricated. Now nearing 88 years old, he is preparing to publish a book that he believes will reveal the true events behind the Lockerbie disaster, asserting that a Syrian-Palestinian group, not Libya, orchestrated the attack.
