Elena Klochkova

Elena Klochkova is the chairwoman of the All-Russian Organization of Parents of Children with Disabilities (VORDI). She has been actively involved in advocating for the rights and educational opportunities of children with disabilities. Recently, she led a petition against the proposals made by the Institute of Correctional Pedagogy, expressing concerns that these proposals could restrict parental choice in education.
